Our build package for developers includes the following services
Quotation
From your sketch design or Architect’’s drawings, we will provide a quotation for our structural package, fixed for three months.
Structural design
Every timber frame is supplied with structural calculations for submission to building control and other professional bodies such as the NHBC. Click here to find out more.
Manufacture
From our manufacturing facility in St. Austell, we will fabricate your timber frames and roof structures using materials sourced from reputable suppliers. Quality Control systems ensure your frames are accurate, square and free from defects.
Storage
In the unlikely event that your project is delayed, we will store any manufactured frames for a period of up to three months without additional cost to you.
Site Construction
We offer a full site service, ensuring your timber frames are installed correctly to our high standards. Our experienced contractors will fit all the components included within each structural package, ready for you to cover the roof and install windows and doors. We will leave enough raw materials on site for additional services such as plaster-boarding, bathroom installation and kitchen fitting.
Please note the following
- We are not required to charge VAT on new dwellings. If your development is for holiday or business use, we have to charge VAT. If you have a VAT exemption certificate, we will require written details or charge the VAT.
- Client to supply scaffold, basic welfare and waste disposal.
